Can I migrate my patient data from my current system?

Yes. For consultants moving from other systems, we handle the data migration as part of onboarding. Usually, patient records, appointment history, and clinical notes and letters can be transferred — we manage the process so you don't have to. Migration tooling is continuously being developed to make switching as straightforward as possible. Is Enquiry Medical compliant with Irish GDPR requirements?

Yes. Enquiry Medical is built on EU-based infrastructure with patient and practice data stored within Ireland. The platform is designed from the ground up for GDPR compliance — data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to authorised users only, and no patient data is processed outside the EU. For consultants with questions about their specific data processing obligations, we provide a Data Processing Agreement on request.
How long does it take to set up?
