How our pricing scales

Enquiry Medical is priced per consultant, per month. A solo consultant on Growth pays €150 per month. A two-consultant practice on Growth pays €300 per month — and so on.

Each consultant licence comes with included secretary/admin seats — one on Growth, two on Professional. If you need more admin staff using the platform, additional seats are €25 per seat per month.

Mixed tiers are supported. A two-consultant practice can have one consultant on Growth and one on Professional if their needs differ — you do not need to upgrade everyone together.

What is practice management software?

Practice management software handles the administrative and clinical workflow of a private consultant's practice — appointment scheduling, patient records, clinical documentation, billing, and insurance claims — in one system. For Irish consultants, it replaces the combination of separate tools most practices currently use for these tasks.

What makes Enquiry Medical different from others?

It connects clinical documentation directly to billing — insurance claims are generated from your notes, with correct procedure codes suggested. Can I migrate my patient data from my current system?

Yes. For consultants moving from other systems, we handle the data migration as part of onboarding. Usually, patient records, appointment history, and clinical notes and letters can be transferred — we manage the process so you don't have to. Migration tooling is continuously being developed to make switching as straightforward as possible. Contact us before your trial to discuss your specific setup and we'll confirm exactly what's involved.

Is Enquiry Medical compliant with Irish GDPR requirements?

Yes. Enquiry Medical is built on EU-based infrastructure with patient and practice data stored within Ireland. The platform is designed from the ground up for GDPR compliance — data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to authorised users only, and no patient data is processed outside the EU. For consultants with questions about their specific data processing obligations, we provide a Data Processing Agreement on request.

How long does it take to set up?

Most consultants are set up and seeing patients within a week. We handle the onboarding — you don't need technical knowledge. The first 30 days are free, with direct support from the founder and experienced medical secretaries.
